WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY - MANUAL WHEELCHAIRS AND ROLLATORS

Standard warranty provided for manual wheelchairs and rollators is three month (unless stated) CARRY-IN for the metal frame only. Any other component is considered wear-and-tear and not covered under warranty.

Wear-and-tear components not covered under warranty include:

a. Seat upholstery and cushions

b. Armpads

c. Tyres

d. Paintwork

e. Rust on metal parts

f. Carry Bags

g. Baskets or Shopping Bags

h. Seat or backrest padding

i. Any other component not stated in point (1) above

If a Product has been repaired or replaced under warranty, only the remaining unused portion of the original Product's warranty shall apply.

Warranty will be VOIDED if;

a. The Product has been modified without prior approval from The Company.

b. Break down is due to accident, or improper use of the Equipment.

The Terms and Conditions stated here supersede any warranty term stated by the original manufacturer of the Product.
